Fishy aftertaste (“fish burps“) is arguably the main reason why people to decide to quit on Fish Oil Omega 3.
Here is what happens – burps and fishy repeat generally come from the stomach: The stomach acids destroy the softgel (and also some Omega 3) before the Omega 3 contents reach the colon and can be absorbed there. When a burp happens to occur, chances are it would be a fishy one.
